When does my subscription begin?

When you start a free trial, you won't be billed until after your 7 day Free Trial is complete. If you upgrade or change plans, your new subscription plan begins as soon as your payment is complete.

How do I know my billing information is safe?

How do I access my profiles?

Once you login, you can edit, preview or publish your profile. When you aren't logged in, you can always preview your profile. To share your profile, your public URL makes it easy to remember.

How do I renew?

Our plans will automatically renew, unless you cancel your current subscription. The renewal is always on the anniversary (monthly or yearly) of your start date and we'll email you about a week before the payment is processed.

How do I cancel?

When you're logged in, go to the subscriptions page and go to the bottom right of the page. There's a link to cancel your account there. You can just "turn it off" or, if you want, have us delete all of your information from the system. Of course, if you want, the cancellation doesn't have to be until your subscription runs out.
